Buyer is aware that English Bulldogs are prone to heat stroke and will be responsible to provide an environment that is healthy for their puppy.
Buyer has researched, and is knowledgeable of the following conditions that are not covered in the congenital or hereditary health guarantee: demodectic mange, cherry eye, entropian, loose hips, skin allergies, bacterial or viral infections, elongated soft palette, and nasal snares.
Under no circumstances will Seller be responsible for any veterinarian bills acquired by the purchaser for this puppy. Minor breed related, treatable or correctable conditions, or any condition that may go away or is considered to be a condition which a puppy will likely outgrow, are not covered. Seller can not guarantee that any male puppy sold will have two testicles or that females can be breed. I sell for pets not breeding.
In the unlikely event of this Puppy’s death, a statement from a Veterinarian confirming such an event, with a Laboratory Report backing the Veterinarian’s statement before any action will be taken by the Seller. An autopsy is required along with a Laboratory report. Under no circumstances is the puppy to be euthanized without Seller’s knowledge and consent. (Except in an extreme case where humane treatment requires immediate attention.)
Seller will grant all its dogs with full breeding right unless otherwise specified. If the dog is unable to breed for any reason Seller is not responsible and cannot guarantee the fertility of a male or female puppy. A show quality puppy is sold as such based on Purchasers best judgment at the time of sale.
All puppies are sold as pets only. No guarantee is made as to size, color, quality, disposition or fertility.
No other terms shall apply to this warranty. I have read, understood, and accept seller’s Agreement:
